Senior DevOps/MLOps Engineer

‍‍We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps/MLOps Engineer to join our engineering team.

At Attercop, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the infrastructure necessary to support our innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning customer-facing and internal systems. Your knowledge of Cloud Services, OS administration, CI/CD, networking, security, observability, troubleshooting and service management will be crucial in helping us to build robust, scalable systems that can evolve with our technological advancements, as you work with our containerised, cloud-based services and hosted AI models. We are looking for a dynamic individual who not only fits in with our forward-thinking team but also drives us to new levels of excellence. While our company is totally dedicated to developing and delivering AI/ML services and solutions, we invite recommendations from Senior DevOps candidates who do not have industry exposure to MLOps/AIOps processes and platforms but who can evidence interest in ML & Generative AI.

‍What you'll do

• Architect and build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS (primary) and GCP (secondary) to support enterprise-level applications.
• Orchestrate container deployment and scaling. Utilise open source software such as Kubernetes to orchestrate containerised applications, ensuring efficient deployment, scaling, and management of containerised applications.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the deployment process and enhance the speed and reliability of production updates.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, observability and ongoing maintenance of AI-driven applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement comprehensive security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Develop and manage LLM and other AI model hosting on enterprise cloud and GPU farm platforms.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of DevOps industry experience within a software development environment.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and managing production environments.
• Coding experience in Python, and IaaS CI/CD scripting.
• Expertise in designing and managing cloud application architectures.
• Container orchestration skills using software such as Kubernetes.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and other aspects of network/systems security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.Preferred Skills
• Certification in AWS and Kubernetes. GCP experience
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment, hosting and management.
