Our team brings deep expertise in AI, private equity and enterprise transformation.

Graeme is a serial entrepreneur and CTO with over two decades in AI, machine learning and data science. He holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh University and is named on two AI patents and four research papers. He has also founded and run four technology businesses.

Tiffany is a technology strategist with over two decades of experience in AI adoption, cloud transformation and enterprise innovation across regulated environments. A former CTO and CIO, she leads Attercop's advisory engagements, helping clients align their AI ambitions with operational goals and regulatory requirements.

Harriet specialises in bringing structure to complexity. With more than twenty years' experience leading transformation and operational change for some of the UK's largest organisations, she builds the governance and operating structures that enable sustainable growth in an increasingly AI-enabled world.

Esteban is an applied research scientist specialising in natural language processing and machine learning. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Università della Svizzera italiana and has published internationally, building AI systems across several industry sectors in both academia and commercial settings.

Andrej is an AI researcher and data scientist specialising in natural language processing, deep learning and knowledge graphs. He holds a PhD from EPFL in scalable knowledge graph reasoning and builds LLM pipelines, multi-agent systems and RAG architectures, with prior ML engineering experience at Swisscom and CERN.

Martin is a software engineer working across the full stack, from backend and frontend to machine learning and DevOps. He builds and deploys data engineering and machine learning systems covering time series, image and audio processing, working mainly in Python, C#, TypeScript and SQL on Azure and AWS.

Sarah is an AI governance specialist with 15 years of experience steering large change programmes. She focuses on practical, early-stage governance grounded in IT, cybersecurity, data protection and wider GRC work, helping organisations make defensible, timely decisions rather than getting stuck in governance complexity.

Chris is a delivery lead whose track record spans creative industries, behavioural science, marketing, software and innovation. He headed delivery of the largest single investment ever made in the British Creative Industries. At Attercop he leads client delivery, resource planning and commercial tracking.



Sophia is a project manager at Attercop, supporting AI projects across operations, governance and research. She holds a First Class BSc in Sport Science from the University of Brighton, with a background in behavioural science and prior research roles at the University of Sussex and Emteq Labs.

Hristijan is an Associate Professor at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and author of over 100 AI research papers, ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally in 2022. He advises Attercop Labs on AI techniques and supports our research and development.
