You Run Your Firm. We Run the Platform.
The Attercop Platform is delivered as a managed service. We handle the data engineering, the identity resolution, the agent governance, and the platform operations. Your team interacts through natural language and familiar tools.
What “managed service” means in practice
Mid-market firms have the operational complexity that makes a platform like this valuable, but rarely have internal data engineering or AI teams to build and maintain one. That is the point of the managed model.
Attercop Forward Engineers deploy the Platform, connect your systems, build the canonical data layer, configure agents, and operate the infrastructure. This is not a software licence you install. It is an operational capability delivered and maintained by the team that built it.
Your team does not need to learn new tools, manage data pipelines, or understand AI infrastructure. You interact with the Platform through natural language, dashboards, and the AI tools you already use. We handle everything underneath.
Real data. Real answers. First fortnight.
We do not spend months preparing before you see anything. The deployment model is designed to show the Platform working on your actual business data within the first two weeks, then build systematically from there.
Rapid deploy
We connect your priority source systems, typically CRM and one or two operational systems. Initial data flows through the ingestion and transformation pipelines. Entity identities are resolved across systems. The chat interface goes live on real company data. First unified views and dashboards are configured.
By the end of the second week, you can ask the Platform a question about your business and get a cross-system answer. You can see a unified view of pipeline, clients, or team allocation that previously required checking multiple systems. This is not a demo. It is the Platform running on your data.
Your involvement: Provide system access, tell us what questions you most need answered, validate that initial entity resolution matches your understanding of your business.
Systematic integration
Remaining source systems are connected. Entity resolution extends across all systems. Your document corpus is indexed for semantic search. MCP connections are established so company data is available in Claude Desktop, CoPilot, and other AI tools you use. The MI and dashboard layer is built out to full requirements.
Every system is connected, every entity is resolved, and your team has natural language access to the full breadth of your operational data.
Your involvement: Test and validate, identify gaps, define the agent use cases that matter most based on what you now see in the unified data.
Agent deployment
Initial agents are deployed in observe-and-suggest mode. Outputs are configured for your workflow: email briefings, Slack notifications, dashboard alerts. All agent outputs require human review at this stage.
Meeting briefings arrive before client calls. Pipeline alerts surface stale deals. Timesheet gaps are identified with draft entries prepared for review. KPIs are tracked and surfaced automatically. Each agent starts by suggesting and waits for your approval.
Your involvement: Review agent outputs, provide accuracy feedback, decide which agents earn expanded permissions.
Governed autonomy
Agents that have proven reliable over sustained operation earn expanded permissions within governance bounds. The pipeline agent that accurately flagged stale deals for a month earns the ability to draft follow-up communications. The timesheet agent that consistently produced accurate suggestions earns the ability to submit entries on your behalf.
Progressive trust, never ahead of demonstrated accuracy. Full audit trails. The ability to adjust or revoke permissions at any time.
Simple deployment
3 to 5 core systems, standard integrations
4 to 6 weeks
to full capability
Complex deployment
5+ systems, custom integrations, large document corpus
8 to 12 weeks
to full capability
In both cases, usable value within the first fortnight. The phases overlap deliberately. This is not a sequential gate process. It is a continuous expansion of capability from day one.
What the ongoing service includes
Once the Platform is deployed, we continue to operate it:
Infrastructure operations and monitoring
Data pipeline maintenance and sync health
Agent performance tuning and accuracy improvement
Platform updates and capability expansion
Knowledge base maintenance, including document re-indexing and entity resolution updates as your data evolves
Support and incident response
You do not manage servers, maintain pipelines, or tune models. You use the Platform. We keep it running and improving.
How it is priced
The Platform is delivered in two phases: an integration phase (one-time) where we connect your systems and build the canonical data layer, followed by an annual managed platform fee that covers ongoing operations, maintenance, and support.
The relevant comparison is not the cost of any single SaaS tool. It is the total cost of what you do today: the tools you stitch together, the analyst time spent on manual data reconciliation, the operational knowledge you lose every time someone leaves.
For a firm generating £10m to £50m in revenue, the Platform typically sits at 0.2% to 1.2% of turnover, well within the range firms expect for infrastructure that drives measurable operational improvement.
We are straightforward about pricing. We will give you a clear figure early in the conversation, not at the end of a six-week evaluation.
The right starting point depends on your systems.
