AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Attercop, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions that leverage generative AI models and algorithms. You will have the opportunity to design and deploy AI solutions that drive measurable customer ROI. We’re looking for a creative problem solver who has a deep understanding of NLP and AI LLM technologies and who can help us create powerful and meaningful applications. Your role

• Evaluate and validate the performance of AI models through rigorous testing and experimentation.
• Select and implement generative AI models and algorithms to solve complex customer problems.
• Collaborate closely with our other talented data scientists and AI engineers to preprocess and analyze large datasets for training AI models.
• Undertake Data Engineering using advanced concepts such as Knowledge Graphs to draw out structure and information from customer semi/un-structured data.
• Fine-tune generative AI models using various techniques.
• Collaborate with our software developers to seamlessly integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance our generative AI capabilities.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and implementation details to share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative AI solutions.

Requirements

What we are looking for?

• Academic degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred
• Proactive and ambitious engineer with good communication skills that loves contributing to international success in a diverse environment
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, from a respected institution.
• Professional experience in software engineering AI/ML development including:
• Machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Highly proficient with our stack: Python, PyTorch
• Professional experience with LLMs and big-scale models
• Knowledge of AI protocols and standards
• AI development platforms and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proactive and ambitious engineer with good communication skills that loves contributing to international success in a diverse environment
